Green Commuter is based on blockchain technology and uses the VeChainThor blockchain to reward users with B3TR tokens. The TestNet is a version of the blockchain that is used for testing purposes only, any rewards earned on the TestNet are not real and are for testing purposes only. However any Strava activities recorded on the TestNet can be claimed on the MainNet app for real rewards.
When inside VeWorld mobile app and you try to login to Strava using Google, you may see an error message. This is a known issue when Google login is used inside a webview (mobile app). To fix this issue, please use your desktop/laptop browser with VeWorld chrome extension instead rather than using the mobile app.

You do not need need a paid subscription to Strava to record a commuting activity. The free version of Strava is sufficient to record your commutes!
We have implemented daily/hourly claim limits to ensure that the rewards funds available are not given out very quickly. With the dApp now having an increased amount of users we have to apply this change to stabilize the rewards.
If the 'hourly rewards limit has been reached' - this means that the hourly rewards pool has been used up. Every hour the limit resets so if you are seeing the error like the one in the image attached - please try claiming again in 45-60 minutes.
If the 'daily rewards limit has been reached' - this means the daily rewards pool is empty and you can claim the rewards the next day.
